Sammamish’s Vedic Cultural Center is hosting an interfaith celebration, Festival of Sacred Chants, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Feb. 16.
This is the fourth time the Vedic center has hosted the event, which seeks to help people understand each other’s faith and to develop an appreciation for one another. In the past, participants have included members from the Baha’i Faith, the Buddhist Faith, the Dances of Universal Peace, the Sikh community and those performing Persian and Native American chants.
All are welcome to join the evening of chants and dinner. For more information visit www.vedicculturalcenter.org or call Harry Terhanian at 425-246-8436.
