		<description>The reason that lights make more sense at Klahanie Park is because it is not directly adjacent to existing homes.

That is just a pragmatic choice for locating facilities that would negatively impact a significant number of homeowners. I don&#039;t see that same negative impact in the addition of turf and lights to Klahanie Park.

But if Beaver Lake Park is going to absorb some of these impacts, as the current Master Plan indicates, it is only reasonable to find ways to distribute additional impacts to other, less sensitive areas within the city.
